The event was attended by representatives from the General Manager, Human Resources, and Public Relations teams of each hotel. Local officials, including the Head of the Trade Office and the Head of Gondomanan Health Center, also participated, alongside 90 male and female porters from the Beringharjo Market Porter Association, most of whom are elderly, aged over 55 years.
The program commenced in the morning with health checks conducted in collaboration with the Gondomanan Health Center. These checks included blood pressure measurement, weight monitoring, cholesterol testing, and blood sugar assessments.
In addition to the health services, all participants received gift packages from the seven Swiss-Belhotel International properties. The packages contained daily necessities such as rice, cooking oil, sugar, and soap, aimed at supporting their everyday needs.
