This annual event served as a crucial platform for General Managers across PHM HOTELS’ units to enhance leadership skills, strengthen collaboration, and gain insights into the latest hospitality industry trends.

This year’s GM Con 2025 theme, “Lead ELITE,” an acronym for Empowering Leadership with Integrity, Innovation, Transformation, and Excellence, underscores PHM HOTELS’ commitment to fostering leadership that is not only integral but also innovative and adaptable to change.

The conference commenced with an address from Panorama Group’s CEO, Budi Tirtawisata, who emphasized the significance of adaptation, innovation, and robust leadership in navigating the dynamic hospitality landscape.

Leadership Sharing and Development Sessions:

Over three days, GM Con 2025 attendees participated in various sharing sessions featuring industry experts, including:

  • Alex Tan from TrustYou, who shared strategies for leveraging guest feedback to elevate service quality.

  • Hendra Kusnandar, Chief Product Officer from Alaric, who highlighted the importance of data-driven business decisions.

In addition to the knowledge-sharing sessions, participants underwent military and national defense training at Yonif 502/Ujwala Yudha, Jabung, fostering discipline, leadership, and teamwork.
