Indonesian Culinary Alliance (KUL-IND) Establishes Strategic Partnership with Kisel Group

BISNISTIME.COM, JAKARTA — Tuesday (September 24, 2024), The Indonesian Culinary Alliance (KUL-IND) had the distinct honor of being invited to an exclusive discussion with Kisel Group, on Monday (September 23). This meeting marks a significant step for KUL-IND in its efforts to form a strategic partnership with one of the leading corporate entities, Kisel Group, which boasts a large revenue stream. Kisel Group, under the umbrella of the Telkom Employee Cooperative, operates various subsidiaries specializing in technology, services, and digital business.

M Subagiyo, the Chairman of KUL-IND, expressed his gratitude, stating that the presence of around nine leaders and staff members from Kisel Group demonstrated their serious intention to collaborate with KUL-IND. Although not all members of KUL-IND could attend the meeting in person, the team provided information on the potential for further cooperation in the near future, according to M. Subagiyo.

Forging Collaboration for Mutual Growth

KUL-IND recognizes the importance of building partnerships with experts in their respective fields, and Kisel Group is a prominent name with extensive experience in managing businesses grounded in technology and high professionalism. The KUL-IND team highlighted several key areas of focus for this collaboration, including:

  1. Organizing Digital Databases
As KUL-IND continues to grow, the need for structured and well-managed data becomes more pressing. Currently, KUL-IND’s digital database is not yet organized effectively, leading to inefficiencies in decision-making and information management. With Kisel Group’s expertise in digital systems, KUL-IND aims to improve its data management so that it is more accessible and can support the organization’s various activities more efficiently.
  2. Training and Seminars
Developing human resources in the culinary sector is one of the main pillars in building a competitive culinary industry. KUL-IND and Kisel Group plan to jointly organize training programs and seminars aimed at enhancing the skills of MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) players in the culinary industry. These programs will be designed to equip culinary entrepreneurs with the knowledge to run their businesses more professionally and competitively in an increasingly dynamic market.
  3. Collaboration on Professional Events
Culinary events have become an effective way to showcase products and innovations in the food and beverage industry to a broader audience. KUL-IND is committed to organizing more professional and well-managed events. With Kisel Group’s support, these events are expected to grow in scale and impact, attracting both national and international attention.

Support for MSMEs and Business Development

In addition to the three key areas mentioned, KUL-IND and Kisel Group are exploring potential collaborations in MSME development and business expansion. One of KUL-IND’s core missions is to help MSMEs in the culinary industry thrive, providing them with better access to technology, markets, and resources. With Kisel Group’s extensive experience in managing large-scale businesses, KUL-IND is optimistic that this partnership will have a significant impact on the growth of culinary MSMEs in Indonesia.

Subagiyo further emphasized that Kisel Group, with its vast experience in technology and business, has great potential to assist KUL-IND in providing guidance to MSMEs, from business management to the implementation of digital technology. This support is expected to create new opportunities for MSMEs to enhance their competitiveness, both nationally and internationally.

Maintaining the Spirit of Collaboration and Networking

KUL-IND believes that synergy and collaboration are key to achieving greater success. By continually fostering relationships and remaining open to partnerships, they are confident that solutions and opportunities will arise that will benefit many.

“God willing, as we continue to move forward, work together, and build connections, we will eventually discover something that benefits not only KUL-IND and Kisel Group but also all MSMEs in Indonesia,” said KUL-IND’s advisory team during the meeting.

Optimism for the Future

The partnership between KUL-IND and Kisel Group represents a new hope for the development of Indonesia’s culinary industry. By combining KUL-IND’s expertise in the culinary sector with Kisel Group’s experience in technology and business management, both parties are optimistic about creating initiatives that will bring positive change for businesses, particularly in the MSME sector.

This initial step is only the beginning of a larger collaboration. In the future, both parties will continue to discuss and formulate new, innovative strategies with a broader impact. This collaboration will focus not only on increasing professionalism but also on fostering and empowering MSMEs, which are the backbone of Indonesia’s economy.

In closing the discussion, M. Subagiyo reiterated that with a shared vision to advance the Indonesian culinary industry and empower small business owners, this partnership is expected to pave the way for even greater achievements in the future.
